Fort Wayne, Ind. (April 26, 2013) – Tippmann Sports announced two executive changes today. Howard Kosick, who has been Tippmann’s President and CEO for the past nine years, is stepping into a new role as Chairman. Mr. Kosick will continue to serve on the board of directors. Dennis Tippmann, Jr. has been promoted to President and CEO. Mr. Tippmann also serves as a board member. Both changes are effective July 1, 2013.

“I’ve enjoyed leading Tippmann Sports over the past nine years,” Mr. Kosick said. “But, it’s time to pass the torch to Denny and provide him with the opportunity to run the company and control its continued success. Denny has been involved in paintball and manufacturing for his entire career and understands Tippmann – and the industry – better than anyone. He’s ready for this new responsibility.”

Mr. Tippmann added, “I’m excited about taking over the reins at Tippmann Sports. This company has an incredibly strong brand and really great people. Together, I know we’ll be able to continue building on the company’s legacy of innovation, leadership, and success. Plus, having Howard around as Chairman will really help smooth the transition for me.”
